Adohree-A-Doodle

Adohree is my daughter. Adohree spelled backwards, is Rhoda, and that is my Mother's name. Adohree grew up making Snickerdoodle cookies, and I made shortbread. Snickerdoodle married shortbread, and created Adohree-A-Doodle. You have to try it. Submerged in a tender shortbread crust and lathered in a sweet Grand Marnier fresh whipped cream.
